白髪用のヘアカラー

はい。私は白髪があるのだけど、それを自然な褐色に染めるためのものが欲しいの。でも、ここにはたくさんの商品があって、どれが私にいいのかわからないの。

Yes. I have some gray hair and I'd like to buy something to dye them natural brown. But there are so many products here so I don't know which one is good for me.

部分的に染めるのですか? それとも全体を?

Do you dye your hair partially, or the whole hair?

ああ。それは日本で「ヘアカラー」「ヘアマニキュア」と呼ばれているものです。左の「ヘアカラー」は髪を完全に、中まで染め上げます。だから色はより長持ちし、1ヶ月以上持つはずです。右の「ヘアマニキュア」は中は染めません。(ボードの絵を指し示して) このように、色はただ髪の周りを包むだけです。だから、洗髪すると次第に色は落ちていきます。１ヶ月は持たないと思います。

Ah, those are what we call "hair color" and "hair manicure" in Japan. The left one, "hair color" dyes your hair totally, even inside. So the color stays longer, probably more than 1 month. The right one, "hair manicure" doesn't dye the inside. (pointing at the picture on the board ) See? Its color just covers the hair. So if you shampoo your hair, the color is gradually faded. The color stays less than 1 month, I think.

では私は左の「ヘアカラー」が必要だわ。

Then I need the left one, "hair color".

わかりました。何種類かの「ヘアカラー」のブランドの中で、これが最も人気があって、使いやすい商品です。このブランドをおすすめします。

Yes. This is it. I'll buy this. And how do I use it?

箱の背面をご覧下さい。使用法が書かれています。まず、2つのクリームをチューブから絞り出して付属のトレイに載せます。全てのクリームを使い切る必要はなくて、チューブから必要な量だけ絞り出せばよいです。次に付属のブラシでそれらを混ぜます。クリームを混ぜ合わせたら、ブラシを使って乾いた髪に塗り、均一にのばします。塗り終わったら約25分待って下さい。それから染料剤を洗い落とし、シャンプーをして、終わりです。

Please look at the back of the box. It shows how to use it. First, you squeeze the two creams from the tubes onto the attached tray. You don't have to use up all the creams but just have to squeeze only the necessary amount of creams from the tube. Then you mix them with the attached brush. After you mix up the cream, apply it on your dried hair and expand it evenly with the brush. After you finish it, you wait about 25 minutes. Then you wash out the dyeing agents and shampoo your hair. That's all.
